Our mission is to empower students at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa by creating opportunities to grow professionally, build meaningful connections, and explore the intersection of technology, business, and management. 

Through workshops, networking events, leadership opportunities, and industry engagement, ITMA aims to support students as they develop the skills, confidence, and community needed to succeed in their academic and career pathways. As we rebuild, we are committed to fostering a welcoming organization grounded in kuleana, GRIT, and teamwork.
